Description

Biotinylated Recombinant Human B2M&HLA-A is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ile21-Met119&Gly25-Ile308 is expressed with a Avi, 10His tag at the C-terminus.

Background

GP100 Plays a central role in the biogenesis of melanosomes. Involved in the maturation of melanosomes from stage I to II. The transition from stage I melanosomes to stage II melanosomes involves an elongation of the vesicle, and the appearance within of distinct fibrillar structures.

Handling information

Reconstitution Always centrifuge tubes before opening.Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
