RASL12 interacts with ACVR1, SMAD1, SMAD2, SMAD3 and SMURF2. Documented diseases associated with RASL12 include acute kidney tubular necrosis, intraepithelial neoplasm, retinitis, endometrial cancer, coronary artery disease and Huntington's disease.
