Product Description

Anti-P-GlycoProtein(MDR) ABCB1 Antibody (Monoclonal, F4) is a research-use antibody from Boster Bio for studying ATP-dependent translocase ABCB1 in IF/ICC, IHC, IHC-F, IHC-P, WB workflows with listed reactivity for Human. Specifications and supporting documents below should be reviewed when planning the experiment.

Boster Bio Anti-P-GlycoProtein (MDR) ABCB1 Antibody (Monoclonal, F4) catalog # MA1060. Tested in IHC, ICC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human.

P-Glycoprotein,, also known as Multidrug Resistance 1 (MDR1), is one of the ATP-binding cassette transporters family. P-glycoprotein-1 is involved in the transport of 3 of these protease inhibitors in vitro. MDR1 gene is mapped to the 7q21.1 by in situ hybridization. The MDR1 gene product, P-glycoprotein, mediates the transport of the cardiac glycoside, digoxin.
