Product description

OTX2 is a homeobox transcription factor with a central role in the development of the brain, craniofacial structures and sensory organs. It regulates developmental gene expression and influences the proliferation and differentiation of dopaminergic neuronal progenitors. As a transcription factor, OTX2 localises to the nucleus.
