ITPR3 is an inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-gated calcium channel located in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Binding of IP3 opens the channel and releases calcium from the endoplasmic reticulum lumen into the cytoplasm, making ITPR3 an important component of intracellular calcium signalling and calcium homeostasis.
This Boster Bio antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the N-terminal region of human ITPR3. It is intended for research into ITPR3 expression and IP3-dependent calcium signalling.
