Product description

Caspase-8 (CASP8) is an initiator cysteine protease that helps trigger extrinsic apoptosis downstream of death-receptor signalling. It is produced as an inactive cytosolic precursor and is recruited to signalling complexes such as the death-inducing signalling complex, where proteolytic activation initiates downstream caspase cascades.

Boster Bio PB9331 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant mouse Caspase-8. It is intended for research detection of CASP8 in mouse samples.
