Product description

HTR2C encodes the 5-HT2C serotonin receptor, a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor that responds to serotonin and contributes to serotonergic signalling in the central nervous system. It is a membrane receptor, and RNA editing of HTR2C transcripts can alter intracellular receptor regions that affect G-protein coupling.

This Boster Bio Picoband® product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HTR2C. It is intended for research detection of the 5-HT2C receptor in supported experimental workflows.
