Product description

Le PD-L1 est la cible de sonde listée pour ce réactif d'hybridation in situ par fluorescence (usage de recherche seulement - RUO) et est pertinent pour la recherche en cytogénétique moléculaire, oncologie ou hématologie selon le locus cible.

La conception « break-apart » est utilisée pour étudier les réarrangements impliquant le PD-L1, où la séparation des signaux de sonde différemment marqués peut indiquer une perturbation du locus cible dans les échantillons de recherche préparés.

Les sondes FISH sont appliquées sur des cellules fixées ou des coupes de tissus préparées où les cibles génomiques restent spatialement préservées, ce qui les rend utiles pour la recherche en cytogénétique moléculaire, les études de biologie tumorale et la vérification des changements chromosomiques structurels ou numériques.
