L'anticorps pAb de lapin anti-NFκB-p65 (phospho Ser468) est un anticorps d'ELK Biotechnology destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant NFkB p65.

Contexte

NF-kappa-B est un facteur de transcription omniprésent impliqué dans plusieurs processus biologiques. Il est maintenu dans le cytoplasme à l'état inactif par des inhibiteurs spécifiques. Après dégradation de l'inhibiteur, NF-kappa-B se déplace vers le noyau et active la transcription de gènes spécifiques. NF-kappa-B est composé de NFKB1 ou NFKB2 liés soit à REL, RELA, soit à RELB. La forme la plus abondante de NF-kappa-B est NFKB1 complexé avec le produit de ce gène, RELA. Quatre variants de transcription encodant différentes isoformes ont été trouvés pour ce gène. Colocalisé avec DDX1 dans le noyau après induction par le TNF-alpha (PubMed:19058135). Colocalisé avec GFI1 dans le noyau après stimulation par le LPS (PubMed:20547752). La translocation vers le noyau est altérée lors de l'infection par L.monocytogenes (PubMed:20855622).
