L'anticorps AmCyan-Tag Mouse pAb est un anticorps d'ELK Biotechnology destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant AmCyan-Tag.
L'AmCyan a été adapté à partir de l'ADNc pleine longueur correspondant pour une plus grande solubilité, une émission plus brillante et une maturation rapide du chromophore (8-12 heures). L'AmCyan1 a été optimisé par des codons humains pour une meilleure traduction dans les cellules de mammifères. L'AmCyan est une très bonne protéine rapportrice fluorescente bleue, et utile dans les analyses à deux couleurs avec DsRed2, DsRed-Express ou AsRed2, et dans les analyses à trois couleurs avec ZsYellow et HcRed.
