La kinase 6 du récepteur couplé aux protéines G est une enzyme qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène GRK6. Elle est cartographiée sur 5q35. Ce gène code un membre de la sous-famille des kinases de récepteurs couplés aux protéines G (protéines de liaison aux nucléotides guanine) de la famille des protéines kinases Ser/Thr. La protéine phosphoryle les formes activées des récepteurs couplés aux protéines G, initiant ainsi leur désactivation. Plusieurs variants de transcrits codant différentes isoformes ont été décrits pour ce gène. De plus, GRK6 semble être impliqué dans les réponses à la morphine.
