La cytochrome c1, hémoprotéine, mitochondriale (CYC1), également connue sous le nom de UQCR4, MC3DN6, sous-unité 4 du complexe III, sous-unité 4 du complexe cytochrome b-c1, ou sous-unité cytochrome c1 du complexe ubiquinol-cytochrome-c réductase, est une protéine qui chez l'homme est codée par le gène CYC1. Ce gène code une sous-unité du complexe cytochrome bc1, qui joue un rôle important dans la chaîne respiratoire mitochondriale en transférant des électrons de la protéine fer-soufre de Rieske au cytochrome c. Les mutations de ce gène peuvent entraîner un déficit du complexe mitochondrial III, de type nucléaire 6.
