Le kit ELISA humain ELA (Elabela) est un kit ELISA de biotechnologie ELK destiné à la mesure en recherche de l'ELA.
Ce test utilise la technique d'immuno-analyse enzymatique par inhibition compétitive. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-revêtue d'ELA humain. Les étalons ou les échantillons sont ajoutés aux puits appropriés de la plaque de microtitration, puis une incubation avec un anticorps conjugué à la biotine spécifique de l'ELA humain est effectuée. Ensuite, l'Avidine conjuguée à la peroxydase de raifort (HRP) est ajoutée à chaque puits de la microplaque et incubée. Après cela, une solution de substrat TMB est ajoutée. La réaction enzyme-substrat est arrêtée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré spectrophotométriquement à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration d'ELA humain dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe étalon.
