C-X-C-Motiv-Chemokin 13 (CXCL13), auch bekannt als B-Lymphozyten-Chemoattraktant (BLC), ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das CXCL13-Gen kodiert wird. CXCL13 ist ein kleines Zytokin, das zur CXC-Chemokin-Familie gehört und auf Sequenzkarten bei 4q21, in der Nähe der Gene, die die meisten CXC-Chemokine kodieren, lokalisiert wurde. Bei T-Lymphozyten wird angenommen, dass die CXCL13-Expression einen Keimzentrumsursprung der T-Zelle widerspiegelt. Daher wird angenommen, dass die Expression von CXCL13 in T-Zell-Lymphomen, wie dem angioimmunoblastischen T-Zell-Lymphom, einen Keimzentrumsursprung der neoplastischen T-Zellen widerspiegelt
