LTOR2 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die LTOR2 betreffen.

Hintergrund

Das Produkt dieses Gens ist hochkonserviert mit einem Mausprotein, das mit der zytoplasmatischen Seite von späten Endosomen und Lysosomen assoziiert ist. Das Mausprotein interagiert mit dem MAPK-Gerüstprotein 1, einem Bestandteil des Mitogen-aktivierten Proteinkinase-Signalwegs. Beim Menschen wurde eine Mutation in diesem Gen mit einem primären Immundefizienzsyndrom in Verbindung gebracht und legt eine Rolle dieses Proteins bei der endosomalen Biogenese nahe.
