LDHA (phospho-Tyr10) Kaninchen-pAk ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe mit LDHA.
Das durch dieses Gen kodierte Protein katalysiert die Umwandlung von L-Lactat und NAD zu Pyruvat und NADH im letzten Schritt der anaeroben Glykolyse. Das Protein kommt hauptsächlich im Muskelgewebe vor und gehört zur Lactatdehydrogenase-Familie. Mutationen in diesem Gen wurden mit Belastungsmyoglobinurie in Verbindung gebracht. Es wurden mehrere Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die verschiedene Isoformen für dieses Gen kodieren. Das menschliche Genom enthält mehrere nicht-transkribierte Pseudogene dieses Gens.
