GRB2-assoziiertes Bindungsprotein 1 (GAB1) Homo sapiens Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Mitglied der IRS1-ähnlichen Multisubstrat-Docking-Protein-Familie. Es ist ein wichtiger Mediator der Verzweigungstubulogenese und spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der zellulären Wachstumsreaktion, Transformation und Apoptose.
