TAGL Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die TAGL betreffen.

Hintergrund

Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Transformations- und formveränderungsempfindliches Aktin-Querbindungs-/Gelierprotein, das in Fibroblasten und glatter Muskulatur vorkommt. Seine Expression ist in vielen Zelllinien herunterreguliert, und diese Herunterregulierung könnte ein früher und empfindlicher Marker für den Beginn der Transformation sein. Eine funktionelle Rolle dieses Proteins ist unklar. Für dieses Gen wurden zwei Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die dasselbe Protein kodieren. [bereitgestellt von RefSeq, Juli 2008].
