Rekombinanter humaner Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktor 8f wird von unserem E. coli-Expressionssystem hergestellt, und das Zielgen, das Gln23-Arg244 kodiert, wird mit einem 6His-Tag am N-Terminus exprimiert.
Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktor 8 (FGF-8) gehört zur Familie der Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktoren. Er wurde als ein Wachstumsfaktor entdeckt, der für das androgenabhängige Wachstum von Maustumorzellen der Brustdrüse essentiell ist. Das Maus-FGF-8b weist eine 100%ige Aminosäureidentität mit dem humanen FGF-8b auf. FGF-8 wird während der Embryogenese weit verbreitet exprimiert und vermittelt Epithel-Mesenchym-Übergänge. Es spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Regulation der Embryonalentwicklung, der Zellproliferation, der Zelldifferenzierung und der Zellmigration. Es ist für die normale Gehirn-, Augen-, Ohren- und Gliedmaßenentwicklung während der Embryogenese sowie für die normale Entwicklung des neuronalen Systems des Gonadotropin-Releasing-Hormons (GnRH) erforderlich.
