Beschreibung

Rekombinantes 2019-nCoV NSP10 wird von unserem E.coli-Expressionssystem produziert und das Zielgen, das Ala1-Gln139 kodiert, wird mit einem 6His-Tag am N-Terminus exprimiert.

Hintergrund

Nsp10 ist ein 15 kDa großes Protein von unbekannter Funktion, das nachweislich mit sich selbst, nsp1 und nsp7 interagiert. Es kolokalisiert mit N an Stellen der viralen Replikation und ist für die Replikation essentiell. Es spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der viralen Transkription, indem es sowohl die nsp14 3'-5'-Exoribonuklease als auch die nsp16 2'-O-Methyltransferase-Aktivitäten stimuliert. Daher spielt es eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Capping-Methylierung viraler mRNAs. Nsp10 ist ein kritischer Regulator der Coronavirus-RNA-Synthese und könnte eine wichtige Rolle bei der Polyprotein-Prozessierung spielen.
