Das Humane MPC2 (Mitochondrial Pyruvate Carrier 2) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von MPC2 in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes MPC2 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes MPC2 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes MPC2, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem MPC2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
