Das Human TCPa(Alpha-Tocopherol) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von TCPa.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Inhibition enzymimmunoanalytische Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Human TCPa vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human TCPa ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human TCPa in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
