Das Pflanzen-ABA(Abscisinsäure)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von Pflanzen-ABA.

Testprinzip

Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Pflanzen-ABA vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Pflanzen-ABA ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Pflanzen-ABA in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
