Das Rat PG(Progesteron) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von PG in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Ratten-PG vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Ratten-PG ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Ratten-PG in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
