Das Kaninchen-HB (Hämoglobin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von HB in der Forschung.
Dieser Test verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Kaninchen-HB vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zusammen mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Kaninchen-HB ist, in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Kaninchen-HB in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
