Das Maus VASH1 (Vasohibin 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsbestimmung von VASH1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus VASH1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus VASH1 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Maus VASH1, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus VASH1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
