Das Human WWP2 (WW Domain Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von WWP2.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist ein Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem für humanes WWP2 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes WWP2 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes WWP2, einen Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem WWP2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
