Das Humane CC2D1A (Coiled Coil And C2 Domain Containing Protein 1A) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von CC2D1A.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem für Human-CC2D1A spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human-CC2D1A ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Human-CC2D1A, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human-CC2D1A in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
