Das Human AIMP1 (Aminoacyl-tRNA-Synthetase-Komplex-interagierendes multifunktionales Protein 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von AIMP1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes AIMP1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes AIMP1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes AIMP1, einen Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung gestoppt und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem AIMP1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.

Biological function: AIMP1 is a non-catalytic component of the cytoplasmic multisynthetase complex that binds tRNA and supports aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase activity.
