Das Humane SEMA3F (Semaphorin 3F) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von SEMA3F.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes SEMA3F ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes SEMA3F ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes SEMA3F, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration des humanen SEMA3F in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
Alternative Bezeichnungen sind SEMA-IV; SEMA4; SEMAK; Sema Domäne, Immunglobulin-Domäne (Ig), Transmembran-Domäne (TM) und kurze zytoplasmatische Domäne 3F.
