Das Pferde-MMP7 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 7) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von Pferde-MMP7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Pferde-MMP7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Pferde-MMP7 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Pferde-MMP7, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Pferde-MMP7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
