Das Schwein-IL4(Interleukin 4) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von IL4.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für Schwein IL4 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Schwein IL4 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Schwein IL4, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Schwein IL4 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
