Das Pig FGF7 (Fibroblast Growth Factor 7) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsquantifizierung von FGF7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen Schweine-FGF7 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Schweine-FGF7 ist. Anschließend wird mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiertes Avidin zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbveränderung, die Schweine-FGF7, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Schweine-FGF7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
