Dog IL2 (Interleukin 2) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von IL2.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Hund IL2 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach ein biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Hund IL2 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Hund IL2, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Hund IL2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
