Das Maus a1M (Alpha-1-Mikroglobulin/Bikunin-Vorläufer) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsmessung von a1M.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus a1M vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus a1M ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus a1M in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
