Das Maus-ANP (Atrial Natriuretic Peptide) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von ANP.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-ANP vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-ANP ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-ANP in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
