Das Maus FABP7 (Fatty Acid Binding Protein 7, Brain) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von FABP7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus FABP7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus FABP7 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen, die Maus FABP7, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus FABP7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
