Das Maus MEP1a (Meprin A Alpha) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsbestimmung von MEP1a.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Inhibitions-Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus MEP1a vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus MEP1a ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus MEP1a in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
