Das Ratten-ACVB(Activin B)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Messung von ACVB in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay nutzt die Technik des kompetitiven Inhibitions-Enzymimmunoassays. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Ratten-ACVB vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Ratten-ACVB ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Ratten-ACVB in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD-Werte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
