Das Humane OBP2A (Odorant Binding Protein 2A) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von OBP2A.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist ein Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen Human OBP2A vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human OBP2A ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Human OBP2A, den biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das enzymkonjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human OBP2A in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
