Das Human IGFBP6 (Insulin-ähnlicher Wachstumsfaktor-bindendes Protein 6) Mikrosampel-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsanalyse von IGFBP6.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes IGFBP6 ist. Standards oder Proben werden dann zusammen mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes IGFBP6 ist, zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbveränderung, die humanes IGFBP6, einen Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und ein Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IGFBP6 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
