Der Humane aCTx (Alpha-Crosslaps) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsbestimmung von aCTx.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Human aCTx vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human aCTx ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human aCTx in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
