Das Maus-aCTx(Alpha-Crosslaps)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK-Biotechnologie-ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von aCTx.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-aCTx vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-aCTx ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-aCTx in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
