Der Human-IL19- (Interleukin-19) ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK-Biotechnology-ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von IL19.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper beschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes IL19 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes IL19 ist. Als Nächstes wird mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiertes Avidin zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes IL19, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IL19 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
