Das Maus-IL1R1 (Interleukin-1-Rezeptor Typ I) Mikrosampel-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von IL1R1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-IL1R1 ist, vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-IL1R1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen, die Maus-IL1R1, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-IL1R1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
