E3-Ubiquitin-Proteinligase RNF25 ist ein Enzym, das beim Menschen durch das RNF25-Gen kodiert wird. Das durch dieses Gen kodierte Protein enthält ein RING-Finger-Motiv. Das Maus-Äquivalent dieses Proteins hat sich gezeigt, dass es mit Rela, der p65-Untereinheit von NF-kappaB (NFKB), interagiert und die NFKB-vermittelte Transkriptionsaktivität moduliert. Das Mausprotein bindet auch Ubiquitin-konjugierende Enzyme (E2s) und ist ein Substrat für die E2-abhängige Ubiquitinierung.
