Das Maus LIPC (Lipase, Hepatisch) Mikrodosis ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von LIPC.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus-LIPC ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-LIPC ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Maus-LIPC, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-LIPC in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
