Der Human-CX3CL1 (Chemokine C-X3-C-Motiv-Ligand 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungs-Messung von CX3CL1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Human-CX3CL1-spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human CX3CL1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Human CX3CL1, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human CX3CL1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
