Das Maus CPB1 (Carboxypeptidase B1, Gewebe) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von CPB1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus CPB1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus CPB1 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die Maus CPB1, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus CPB1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
