Rat SALb (Salusin Beta) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von SALb.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Ratten-SALb vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann eine Biotin-konjugierte Antikörperlösung, die spezifisch für Ratten-SALb ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Ratten-SALb in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
